Even before you make the purchase, we can provide advice on which product is best suited to your requirements and we can even accompany with you on a shopping trip or buy equipment on your behalf. Once your new device arrives, we can ensure your everything is set up correctly from the start and even train you on how to get the most out of your new equipment.

For onsite support, Tekkie Help is $180 for the first hour and $130 for each subsequent hour (inclusive of GST). If we are transferring data between computers, you may wish for us to carry out this work off-site in our workshop, at a lower cost and then deliver it back to you ready to go, at a convenient time.
